How Much Should You Train

Today we discuss how much training you need to do and similar questions like “Am I training Enough”. Often these questions come when we are injured, tired, or experiencing poor results. We work through some considerations and ideas for your training.    

  • Do you have more time? 
  • What are the Symptoms (injury, illness, motivation?)
  • Adaptation vs. Performance
  • Planning training (with no races) – try less!
